Ancientminds Update

This week on ancientminds.com, we added several new features to enhance the experience of our users. Listed below are just some of the updates to the site.

Videos

We added video’s to all the ancient minds though out the site. This makes learning about each of these minds more pleasurable. Most video’s come from sources like the BBC and History Channel. There are many many hours of good information in those videos. Galileo Galilei Videos is an example of the new video pages. These pages are simple and to the point

Photo Albums

We also added albums for each and every member. This allows our registered users to add images. Here is my personal Album.

Site Gallery

I have added a master gallery system so that I can create galleries for each mind that is featured on the site. I am currently populating this galleries and should have some posted by weeks end. Leonardo Artwork is an example of the new site gallery.

Additional Infomation

I have begun adding additional pages for each of the minds to give them tribute to the things they created, invented or accomplished. These pages include things like invention lists and the like. Leonardo Inventions is one example.

Facebook Connect

We are working on integrating Facebook connect to the site. Trials are underway at a beta site. We are getting much closer to accomplishing this. We have successfully connected and we are in testing phase.

Favorite Genius Minds

Let me know who your favorite genius minds are. So far I have limited this site to nine great minds. If you know of one that you would like to see featured, I would love to hear from you. Ancient Minds for 2010

Hello friends. It’s good to be back to doing what I love. My passion has been to study some of  the greatest minds that are alive and have lived on this great Earth. My passion is in the life changing inventions, thoughts and theories that these great people brought to us as a gift. Some of my favorites are Leonardo Da Vinci, Albert Einstein, Nikola Telsa, Edison and Ed Leedskalnin. These guys had secrets to the universe written into their DNA! Their contributions to the world were AMAZING! I am going to being going over some of their amazing works as I get more involved within this site. I am soooo excited about turning their works into great pieces of conversations. I want to know all there is to know about these great folks and how they changed the world.
